Aims and Objectives | Acquiring observation and analysing skills, and the capacity to efficiently act in crisis and emergency situations, with an holistic approach of the patient. These skills will be developed through a collaboration between the students from both specialized sections “Intensive cares and emergency medical assistance” and “Mental health and psychiatry”. |
Description | Observation and analysis of some interesting problematics. A few example of interesting cases to follow: somebody under the influence of alcohol, an aggressive person, a homeless person in a poor health condition, a person addicted to drugs, a person having tried to commit suicide, a child wounded after having been molested. Analysis of these cases, workshop debates, and theoretical approach of the addressed topics. |
