Description | Biochemistry, study of the glucides, lipids, proteins and nucleic acids, study of the metabolism and fermentation; Microbiology, general bacteriology including the elementary techniques (counting, identification, sterilization); . Industrial applications, enzymatic engineering use of enzymes for the bioconversion of sugars, biotechnologique industry (the brewery, biolixiviation and the hydrobiométallurgie), genetic engineering: investigation and production equipment |
