Teaching staffLOUYS, Pierre
Course UnitCompulsory
TermQuad. 1
CodeTECH-MECM0012/3
Prerequisite
Aims and Objectives

To prepare the different stages of the conception and the manufacture.

Concurrent Engineering: Idea, concept, design, analyze, draw, manufacture

Le course will be organized like an activity of synthesis and implementation of the knowledge obtained during the formation

Description

To understand and to Concretize technical concepts:

Students should dedicate themselves to the survey of a project, work will take place by group and will include two parts:

A part seeks and calculations made up of the research, documentation, schedule of conditions obtained and experiment carried out, of the various solutions brought on this subject in industry or the trade, of the various diagrams planned to answer the schedule of conditions and finally a justification of the choice of the adopted solution. It is also necessary to consider the manufacture of the apparatus presented at the point of view of materials used, of the manufacturing processes considered, the standardization, the assembly and disassembling, maintenance, ergonomics, the working station... as all calculations necessary to the dimensioning of all the parts, objective of work.

A Technical Drawing part which will include the overall drawing, the details drawing with functional quotation, surface qualities, tolerances... as well as the parts list by using CAD.
