Aims and Objectives | ( About metallic materials) The mechanical technician must be able to: realize one of the tests here under understand the results and write a report; choose the parameters and realize a thermic treatment; verify the results by means of micrography, hardness, resilience or tensile testing. |
Description | Destructive testing: tensile, resilience, emboss testing; micrography. Non-destructive testing: hardness ( HB, HV, HR); ultra-sounds; magnetoscopy; Sweat for metallic materials. Thermic treatments: hardening; drawing the temper (of steel); Letting dauwn the temper. |
