The student will be sensitised at the theoretical aspects of precision measurement and statistical quality control and more particularly at size, measure, measure error, qualities and lacks of measuring machines, roundness measurements notions

  • Measuring with Basic Graduated Instruments
  • Angle Measuring Instruments
  • Fixed Size Gages, Surface Plats and Gages
  • Mechanical Comparators and Indicating Gages
  • Pneumatic, Electrical, Electronic and Optical Comparators
  • Measuring Machines, Roundness measuring means, Concentricity measuring means, Angle and inclination measuring means
  • These manipulations are evolving depending on the laboratory equipments. The metrology is approached during the different manufactory visits organized by the section.
