Aims and Objectives | -Understand texts connected with human resources and discuss topics linked to human resources; -Write various types of texts (cover letters, contracts, person specification,...) in a syntactically and lexically correct language - carry out recruitment and appraisal interviews - discuss various topics linked to human resources, such as employee relation, working hours and holidays, disciplinary and grievance procedures, health and welfare, workplace injuries, personnel training and development, HR strategies, reward and remuneration, industrial relations,... -Take part in everyday conversations (listening and speaking skills); |
