Prerequisite
Aims and Objectives	The objective of the training courses is to make the student discover a sector (in 1st year, it is generally about the interim) and a trade of the G.R.H. in terms of cognitive and socio-emotional skills. In a more specific way, the objectives planned for the training course programmed in first year are: to approach the professional ground in a participative way; to become aware of knowledge-being and know-how in the tested professional sector; to observe a professional process in connection with a trade formation targets; to adapt in the middle of work for which the student is professionally intended
Description	3 weeks of training course, at a rate of 4 days per week in company; the 5th day is devoted to supervisions at the High School.
