- Identify the main idea of a text (reading skill);

- Understand authentic material using reference books (reading skill);

- Use reference tools (bi- and monolingual dictionaries, thesaurus);

- Write the summary of a text, a situation in a syntactically correct language (writing skill);

- Express an opinion, describe a situation (speaking skill);

- Communicate coherently in simple situations (speaking skill);

- React adequately to daily situations (listening and speaking skills);

Lexicon

Language functions connected with the following topic areas: personal identification, education and future career, free time and entertainment, relations with other people, technology, trends, business, globalisation,...
