Aims and Objectives

Acquiring observation and analysing skills, and the capacity to efficiently act in crisis and emergency situations, with an holistic approach of the patient.

These skills will be developed through a collaboration between the students from both specialized sections “Intensive cares and emergency medical assistance” and “Mental health and psychiatry”.

Description

Observation and analysis of some interesting problematics.

A few example of interesting cases to follow: somebody under the influence of alcohol, an aggressive person, a homeless person in a poor health condition, a person addicted to drugs, a person having tried to commit suicide, a child wounded after having been molested.

Analysis of these cases, workshop debates, and theoretical approach of the addressed topics.
