Principles and didactic exercises of nursing cares Clinical training courses year 1st , 2nd , 3rd year.

Aims and Objectives

To know the specific problems of the patients within the framework of the SIAMU

Description

Each part of the course includes the analysis of the problems, the preventive , curative interventions and specific techniques

Part 1 : Gastroenterology

  • Hemorragy ; the enteral circuit and the annexes
  • Oesophagial varixes, M.O.F., decompensated cirrhosis,acute pancreatis

Part 2 : Endocrinology

Taking in charge of:

  • Complications arising from acido-ketosis
  • Prevention and correction of the lactic acidosis, hyperosmolar coma: for a patient suffering from hyperthyroïdia, a patient suffering from hyposurrenalism
  • Cares related to the deficit in antidiuretic hormone

Part 3 : Nephrology

  • Chronic and acute renal deficiencies
  • Treatment technical modalities: extra-renal purification
    • Vascularly: hemodialysis, hemofiltration
    • Peritoneally: peritoneal dialysis, other future techniques
