Aims and Objectives

To learn the various areas of social law and the elderly, falling as labor law, the right to social security, as health policy, showing the connections between different subjects. In this way, the student may acquire a better knowledge of these specific laws in order to prepare for the demands of working life.

To know the normative aspects, the plural and multidisciplinary aspects of team work.

Description

Multidisciplinary team work

Reflexion on the concepts of multidisciplinarity, multidisciplinarity and transdisciplinarity, based on various definitions and concepts.

To approach the representations the students may have, concerning the other medical staff's members who work with them in a staff that take care of old people (Hospital, nursing home or home).

Approaches on the leadership and its own perception.
