| Aims and Objectives | To acquire some sociological notions relative to the problematic of the elderly people in our society : the ageing of the population, the social inequalities faced with health and death, the social representations associated to the old age, solutions of life adopted during the old age, the funeral rituals, ... To nurture a reflection on the place of the old person within our society in order to better understand the social mechanisms that underlie the reality. |
