Aims and Objectives

To integrate in the global patient care the realization of care mentioned below. Those global nursing care concern any adult patient necessitating care in or outside hospital.

Description

For each of the technical act detailed below, the following points will be developed:

  • Definition
  • General theoretical and specific data
  • Aims and indications
  • Eventual counter-indications and risks
  • Necessary material
  • The different steps to realize the technical act according to its specificity

Cardiovascular system care:

  • Venous puncture
  • Peripheral and central venous catheters
  • Intravenous perfusion
  • Intravenous injection
  • Bend
  • Hemoculture
  • Measure of central venous pressure
  • Parenteral feeding
  • Blood transfusion

Hypodermoclysis

Urinary system care :

  • Vesical catheterism through natural way and cyst-catheterism
  • Continuous bladder irrigation

Digestive system care :

  • Gastric lavage ( with stimulations, for sampling)
  • Gastric drainage with aspiration ( Salem sonde)

Medical punctures:

  • Spinal puncture ( cephalospinal fluid)
  • Bone marrow
  • Peritoneal fluid ( ascitis)
