Aims and Objectives | The student must be able to: learn to handle a micro-computer, its operating system and its graphic interface in order to correctly use hard-and-software’s of which he/she disposes; realize a work session on a network connected micro-computer; analyze a problem, choose the appropriate software, organize and build the suitable solution; discover some software’s installed in the laboratory and continue his/her learning by him-/herself. |
Description | In the user’s point of view, understanding of the working of the computers and its peripheral devices. Aims and general principles of an operating system (DOS and Windows). Practical approaches of tabular software (ex.: Excel) resolving electromechanian’s problems. Practical approaches of word treatments (ex.: Word) by means of topic exercises. Discovery of compiled or interpreted programming software. Learning of an editor’s HTML code in order to show works, Reports or products through any multimedia solutions like Internet, CD. |
