Aims and Objectives | The objective is to initiate students into copyright. In other words: to discover the meaning of “copyright”, To learn the bases of copyright (the titular, the protected works, etc.), To make oneself familiar with some law items (economic rights, moral rights, etc.), To be aware of the extent and the consequences of copyright (the implications in your private and professional life). |
Description | The course hold different chapters: The mains principles of copyright. The legal protection of computer programs. The legal protection of databases. The different notions of the first part will be used to open the more specific fields of the other parts. |
