Aims and Objectives

* To understand the bases of drawing.    

* To develop a kind of sense of creativity and design.

* To give students the means to develop their own graphic personality in order to exploit it for illustrative purposes, 2D, 3D and animation.

Description

Synthetic analysis of the essential foundations of graphic design.

Using the drawing as a tool of expression and replication.     

 

* To draw thanks to the observation of nature, concept of proportions.    

* Rules of perspectives (to understand and applicate lines and vanishing points, etc.).    

* Notions of plans, initiation to compose a background in several areas.    

* Notions of volume and space (3D representation), transposing a volume plan view forms observed under various points of view.    

* Notions of shadow and light.    

* Notions of composition, harmonious management of the various elements composing a picture.    

* Bases of anatomy and movement initiation and animation.    

* Introduction to various representations of facial expressions.   

 * Notions of texture.   

 * Styling and introduction to the creation of logo, reinterpretations of the observed shapes of various subjects (humans, animals, objects ,...)
