Aims and Objectives

To define the human resources management and its principal objectives.

To enumerate the various components or activities which can be attached to the human resources management.

To characterize the fonction of the staf in a company and discript the profil from the job.

To characterize the social documents used in a company.

To include/understand how the concept of remuneration is important for the people and all the factors linked with it.

To explain the concepts which influence remuneration.

To calculate a worker’s remuneration, respecting the social and tax legislations.

To appreciate the weight of the welfare benefits in total remuneration.
