Aims and Objectives	To understand the importance of the first moments of the relation baby - parents and the psychic health of the parents for the construction of the most solid possible narcissistic and relational bases To integrate the psychic and relational dimension into the suffering expressed by behavioural or somatic symptoms.
Description	Early relations mother - baby - family: emergence of the psychic life: Dynamics mother - infant Structuring of psychism Mental functionning Distortions and their consequences Psychosomatic pathology: depression, food disorders... Evolution towards serious psychopathologies: prepsychose, psychosis Adolescental processes: As regards personal dynamics As regards family dynamics Difficulties, skids: pathognomonic signs of serious pathologies.
